As an independent florist we deliver locally within the Ossett, Dewsbury and Wakefield areas, a list of our full delivery areas can be found on our about us page.
For orders further afield we require a 2 day notice period and use the DPD courier service.
We are an independent family run florist and not currently part of any third party relay services.
We can deliver gift flowers outside of our local delivery areas, this is arranged via DPD and is currently available with a turnaround of a minimum 2 days notice, Monday to Friday deliveries only, but we are trying to make this next day.
Yes, most of our designs are arranged so the recipient doesn’t have to rearrange them, just top them up every couple of days, we do also offer flowers that are hand tied for the recipient to use their own vase too, just ask one of our friendly team and they can advise you.
This will all depend on how they are looked after but our flowers are always fresh so we have a good reputation for long lasting product. For best results they are best kept in a cool place out of direct sun, away from draughts and radiators.
If your flowers are pre arranged in a box the water will need topping up every few days or so, we also provide flower food that help their longevity.
Yes, our website allows for collection or delivery, just select the “Pick up” option at check out and we will have your flowers ready for collection on your specified date.
Yes, we arrange a day that suits all parties and have made a lovely area with comfy sofas in the shop to make this a little more special to discuss exactly how we can make your ideas come to life.
Yes, but the delivery or collection time is 5 working days from ordering which excludes weekends, most require specialist foams and flowers and are very time consuming to make to our high standards.
Yes, we liaise with the undertakers for you, we normally delivering any funeral arrangements at least 2 hours before the time of the service, but the funeral director will let us know if they need them any earlier and we will make sure we accommodate that.
If there is no one home to take delivery of the flowers, we would try a neighbour or if possible, leave in a safe place out of sight and leave a calling card to let the recipient know where the flowers are and how to care for them. If neither of these are an option or the weather isn’t suitable to leave them, we will return them to the shop if within Ossett, leave a calling card and once the recipient calls to say they are home we will redeliver.
We don’t offer times as we deliver by routes to keep the cost down, but if possible we would do our best to accommodate a request for AM or PM time slot excluding peak delivery periods.
Yes, we have a large separate plant and pot section within our shop and we are able to supply most plants if someone wants something we don’t have in stock.
Yes, our team are very knowledgeable on care and what plant suits what conditions and always hay to help.
We do stock and sell a large number of glass terrariums.
